Please request a refund or an exchange by contacting us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 30 days of the delivery of your product. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will also refund the shipping costs of returning the item.

I Received A Wrong Sized Item. What Should I Do? We sell internationally, so please ignore the sizing labels. The sizing labels on the clothing you will receive is in international sizing and therefore it may not match the size you selected when making the purchase online. However, the actual size of each item should still match the size you ordered online.
Please try on each item first. If the items do not fit you, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org organise an exchange.
Can I Change The Delivery Address For My Order After I Have Placed It? Yes, but only if you do so quickly. We are unfortunately unable to change the address of any order that has already been processed or dispatched. Please contact us email@example.com any queries.
My Order Arrived Damaged. What Should I Do? In the unlikely scenario your order was damaged in transit, we will happily exchange the product.
